Lifeline Program Ending - Important Notice
Family Mobile has chosen to end participation in the Lifeline program. As a result, beginning as early as September 3rd, you will no longer receive the Lifeline discount on your Family Mobile service. You have the option to either continue your service with Family Mobile or get service from another authorized Lifeline provider in your area.
If you choose to continue your Family Mobile service, you will keep your current rate plan without the Lifeline discount. You may also choose another Family Mobile plan by logging into www.myfamilymobile.com or contacting customer service at 1-877-440-9758. A list of current plan options is available online at www.walmartfamilymobile.com.
If you still qualify for and want to keep receiving lifeline benefits, contact an authorized lifeline service provider in your area, like T-Mobile®. Details of T-Mobile’s Lifeline program are available online at www.t-mobile.com/lifeline. If you port your number to T-Mobile, you may be able to keep your Lifeline discount without reapplying. Call T-Mobile Customer Service after you’ve switched.
